Ordering and shipping
Products that are in stock and are ordered between Monday and Friday by 1 pm are shipped the same day. It usually takes 1-3 days to receive the shipment.
When you sign up and register, you open your account, where you enter your details and shipping information.
If you have problems ordering, please let us know via email info@hempethica.com. Please describe your problem so that we can solve the problem as quickly as possible and arrange your order.
Our products are delivered by our contract distributor, GLS Slovenia.
Our products are delivered only by GLS Slovenia, with which we have a contract for the delivery of products. Delivery of products is fast and high quality.
Naročila preko telefona sprejemamo vsak delavnik med 10h in 14h na telefonski številki 041 58 68 68. Za vse dodatne informacije smo vam na voljo preko e-pošte info@hempethica.com.
V kolikor želite original račun na podjetje, vas prosimo, da izdelke naročite preko e-pošte: orders@hempethica.com. Za naročene izdelke vam bomo poslali predračun/ponudbo.
