Ordering and shipping
Products that are in stock and are ordered between Monday and Friday by 1 pm are shipped the same day. It usually takes 1-3 days to receive the shipment.
When you sign up and register, you open your account, where you enter your details and shipping information.
If you have problems ordering, please let us know via email info@www.hempethica.com. Please describe your problem so that we can solve the problem as quickly as possible and arrange your order.
Our products are delivered by our contract distributor, GLS Slovenia.
Our products are delivered only by GLS Slovenia, with which we have a contract for the delivery of products. Delivery of products is fast and high quality.
Telephone orders are accepted every weekday between 10:00 and 14:00 on 041 58 68 68. For further information, please contact us by e-mail info@www.hempethica.com.
If you would like the original invoice to be sent to your company, please order the products by e-mail: orders@www.hempethica.com. We will send you an invoice/quote for the products you order.
Of course, our products are available in some better-stocked stores and especially in stores that support the use of hemp products. You can see a list of stores where you can physically buy our products here.
It is possible to order products from our online shop with a delivery address in some other EU and non-EU countries. However, it is up to each customer to check whether the product is allowed in their country based on the ingredients content.
